conhotelary stands behind the quality of everything we sell, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your conhotelary.com purchase, you are welcome to return or exchange it for any reason within30 days of purchase.
RETURNS:
Returned garments must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Items ordered from conhotelary.com may not be returned through retail stores. Items purchased at retail stores may not be returned to conhotelary.com.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanged garments must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Items purchased at retails stores are not eligible for online exchanges at this time. Currently we only allow size exchanges online, if you would like to try a different color please contact us and we'd be happy to help.

After signing into your account, you can go to Order History and click on the order with the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
